What are the requirements?
Navon lends to businesses, not consumers. You’ll need a registered business entity (LLC, corporation, or similar) as the borrower, at least 12 months in operation, $250,000 or more in annual revenue, a 600+ FICO score for the guarantor, and non primary real estate to pledge as collateral.
How fast will I be funded?
In most cases, under 10 business days from application. Our underwriting evaluates your asset in hours. Once you accept your terms and sign, capital moves.
What loan amounts are available?
We fund from $200,000 to $1,500,000. The amount is based on your property value at up to 65% loan-to-value.
What happens to my credit score when I apply?
We run a soft pull when you apply, which has no impact on your score. A hard pull happens only once, immediately before funding, after you have reviewed and accepted your terms.
Is this a recourse loan?
Yes. Navon loans are full recourse. That means if you default, you are personally liable beyond the collateral. Your real estate is the primary security, but you should understand you are taking on full personal responsibility for the debt.
